Rates

We ship United Parcel Service (UPS) to ensure your package arrives promptly and safely. We work hard to keep our shipping rates competitive while factoring in supplies and the extra care taken by our shipper to get your gifts to you in perfect condition.

NOTE: Orders take 2-3 business days to be processed before shipment. This includes 2-Day and Next Day shipments. If this is a problem, please call 800-950-6088 [Toll Free]. We will work to accommodate rush orders at no extra charge.

PLEASE NOTE, WE DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES!!

주문이 들어오면 발송준비를 하여 UPS 가 pick up 을 하기까지 2-3일 정도 걸릴수 있습니다. (주말 제외) 세일등의 이유로 주문이 많이 밀려있지 않으면 될수 있는한 당일 배송 완료를 목표로 하고 있으나 그렇지 못할 경우도 있음을 이해해 주시기 바랍니다.

UPS pick up 시간이 오후 1시 50분 경이므로 당일 오후 12시 이후에 접수가 되는 주문은 자동적으로 다음날 배송준비로 넘어갑니다. 주말은 휴무인 관계로 금요일 오후 12시 이후에 접수가 되는 주문과 모든 주말에 접수 되는 주문들은 월요일부터 발송 준비가 됩니다.

발송 준비가 완료가 되어 UPS로 발송이 되면 UPS 에서 배송을 하는 시간은 지역에 따라서 다릅니다. UPS 지역별 배송시간은 아래를 참고 하시기 바랍니다. 아래의 표에서 캘리포니아 시간이 잘못 되어 있습니다. 남가주 지역은 배송 시간이 1일이며 북가주 지역과 네바다 지역은 2일 입니다.

Destinations

Bebena ships to all 50 states including US Territories. We are not able to ship to any foreign countries. If you have a special request email us at admin@bebena.com and we will try to accommodate you.

For Alaska and Hawaii, please add $25 for shipping.

You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number when your order ships. Unless noted, you can track your package at UPS.com for a complete report of its progress.
